My clients struggle as you do.

Despite being smart, insightful, and motivated, life feels complicated. When they first come in, they are uncomfortable with who they are, don’t have the words to explain how they feel, and worry that their life could be thrown into chaos. They want to feel more certain of themselves, but fear judgement and rejection by others. They want to be true to themselves, but worry what they may lose in the process.  

Their uncertainty gets in the way of the life they want in so many ways. They aren’t the kind of student or professional they want to be. They feel like they’re failing in relationships and falling short in obligations. And their confidence in work is slipping.  

Before they came to see me, they worried they were permanently stuck in never feeling satisfied with their life. They worried I might judge them or rush them into a change they aren’t ready for. And they were pretty certain nothing could truly change for the better. The discontent was eroding their ability to be hopeful.

  • Yes! I am in-network with the following insurance:

    -I work with University of Illinois students who use the United Healthcare Student Resources health insurance.

  • Initial Assessments: $275

    Ongoing sessions: $225

    All fees including co-pays are charged to the debit or credit card kept on file.

  • Monday 9 am - 4 pm

    Tuesday 9 am - 4 pm

    Wednesday 9 am - 4 pm

    Thursday 9 am - 4 pm

    My business hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 am - 4 pm, unless otherwise stated on my e-mail or voicemail.

  • All of my services are offered 100% virtually so you will complete your sessions from the comfort of your home or in any confidential space in the state of Illinois.
